Quality of a product directly relates to the expectation of customers to that product. Manufacturers not only need to understand and appreciate customer’s expectations, but also need to gear all their systems to meet these expectations in a timely manner. Vox Asia carries out Testing, Auditing, Inspection of various systems, processes, raw materials, semi processed products and fully finished products, to insure the results our customers expect. We believe the key to success is in-process inspection. We go to the factory during production to make sure all specifications are followed.
